Can someone help me please? Empty Can someone help me please?

Like a month ago,I deleted a character.WHen the process was done,both that character and my main were deleted.After I sent a ticket,my main was restored,but I am not Master anymore.After I sent a ticket where I asked them to fix this,they asked me if I agree to get my character restored >.>.It makes me wonder if they know how to speak english.Can you please tell me what can I do?

Seems like an understanding problem.

Try to explain the support as good as possible what your issue is, and what exactly you want, so that they'll understand you as best as possible.
